Argentina is the first South American wine producer, fourth in the world. The vineyard covers 206'000 hectares, yields around 17 billions hectolitres and have a huge qualitative potential but weakly exploited today.

Medrano is 60 km far from Mendoza, capital of the same name province. A cooperative founded in 1988 by 36 wine growers exploits the vineyard.

Among these wine growers, many are sons of European immigrants who planted Medrano vine at the beginning of this century.

They are sustained by the same passion and conquering spirit as the old pioneers and now produce high quality wines thanks to up-to-date technology and a great sensitivity of the consumers taste.

Discovering the Mendoza region is as attractive as discovering its wines and the spirit of "Los Vinos de Los Andes". This truly unique feeling is shown in the typical aromas that remind the freshness of both the Mendoza mountains and the silvery rivers running to the plain.
