TOFFOLI is a small 5 hectares estate, founded in 1964 by Vicenzo. The vineyards grow in the beautiful hilly country of Refrontolo.

The nature respectful vine growing gives an excellent product. Grapes of the Prosecco variety are hand picked by the family and rigorously selected.

A wine becomes sparkling when the fermentation is made in a closed container preventing CO2 to escape. Such fermentation can be done in bottle or, like Prosecco, in closed vats (it is called Charmat processing). The results are very fruity wines to be drunk young. 

Natural and classical processings together with up-to-date vinification technology produce a genuine wine of exceptional quality.
