Riesling - Caves de Bennwihr
The Riesling grape variety is considered as the best white one in the world. It is the gastronomic wine over all else. It has been selected for its typical character, freshness and elegance.

Dry, racey, finely fruity, Riesling offers a very fine bouquet with mineral and floral hints.

Wine and food pairing : Entrée, shellfish, fish

Gewurztraminer d’Alsace - Caves de Bennwihr
Gewurztraminer is one of the four noble grape varieties of Alsace and probably the most famous. "Traminer" means spicy. This wine has been selected for its terroir aroma and great richness.

Its nose shows orange and fresh rose hints. It is rich and round in the mouth, finishing with a delicate structure.

Gewurztraminer is usely served with foie gras or dessert. Wonderful with a cumin Munster cheese.
