Château de Paraza is a trustworthy wine from Languedoc.

Roussillon. Minervois is one of the oldest mediterranean vineyards. The Roman had already selected its terroir to plant the first vine stocks. Paraza vineyards cover 130 ha. Historic residence, marvellous estate.

This cru has a beautiful dark red colour with plum, Morello cherry and liquorice flavours.

In mouth, it is structured and perfectly balanced.

It goes well with pork produces and cheese.

Serve between 12 and 15° C.
