Domaine de Valmont is one of the 12 La Côte appellations d'origine: Morges, a nice district between Lausanne and Geneva. The estate covers 28.8 hectares planted of Chasselas, Gamay, Pinot Noir,Gamaret and Garanoir.
The vine density is very high therefore each stock bears few grapes which ripen perfectly and give a concentrated and fruity wine.

The yield is limited to one kilo per square metre, less than the quota fixed by law. All that is reflected in Domaine de Valmont wines. They are plain, natural with concentrated aromas and a delicacy full of subtle hints.
